T-Shirt screen printing - Silky Feeling and Soft?

T shirt druckerei: A screen printer's t-shirt printed along with ink containing some plastics can even be very hot and sticky if at all you do not know what to ask for when ever ordering. If you are looking for a much softer, vintage-feeling screen printed t-shirt, you may even want to ask for some water based shade inks. If at all you definitely need a very heavy laid print, you may also ask for that ink containing some plastics which is applied with a very hot press.

Many of the screen printers also use some inks containing some plastics just because they are not as hard on these screen printing machinery and equipment, they are also sometimes much more durable, and can even be much more brighter, heavier and more clearly visible. But, if you want your t shirt to look a bit old and worn out, you will most likely be much happier with a basic water based color ink basic product. Plastic color inks which were laid out with a very hot press are not very much breathable and also create a lot of heat against your own body. They also do not stretch along with the fabrics and can even crack out if at all exposed to a lot of wear and tear.

Water based inks are very well absorbed by almost every kind of the fabrics. Keep in your mind that water based inks does not ever show-up as well on a darker fabrics. This is especially very true on dark black and pure navy blue garments.

Water based ink screen prints are also preferred on such items that have a more texture, such as golfer’s towels, sun hats and pique cotton shirts. They can even be ironed without ever running the great risk of melting. They can even hold-up through wide stretching, washing and stream ironing as well as the apparel garment that they are printed on.

There are some circumstances where you actually may prefer some inks containing some plastics. Sports jerseys are one such good example. The complete coverage that you get out with such inks containing the plastic is usually highly preferred for the extreme visibility that is ever needed on the sports jerseys. Some of the companies actually prefer some plastic inks on the water proof items, such as fancy umbrellas, synthetic raincoats and even ponchos.

There is still another great reason that predicts that you may actually prefer screen printing inks containing those plastics. Fading is of a more concern with water based color inks. If at all you want a t-shirt to look a bit worn out or old vintage then, definitely go along with the water based design ink. If at all you want a vibrant color or a much more durable print, you can still get it soft, breathable results from some inks containing those plastics if a hot press is actually not even used.
